TLDR: Uniswap is a DEX protocol (docs.uniswap.org). Most “Uniswap alternative” searches are either a better same-chain swap or a cross-chain send. Rift is an aggregator with best price execution. It includes Uniswap in its venues, adds 0 fee, and uses Uniswap when Uniswap wins.

Cross-chain is a different job
If you hold tokens on Ethereum and want them on Base, Hyperliquid or Robinhood Chain, Uniswap is only one possible leg. The action is a send across chains.
Other options: LI.FI, Socket, Relay, the official Robinhood rails.
