How Do I Send Ethereum to Robinhood Chain?

TLDR: Sending from Ethereum to Robinhood Chain is a send. Robinhood Wallet already frames the action as send, receive and swap. Rift is an aggregator with best price execution. A send to Robinhood Chain is not a deposit into the Robinhood brokerage app. Robinhood’s own support page states that Robinhood Chain “operates independently of the main Robinhood app and doesn’t affect your investments, crypto balances, or portfolio.” The user action is still a send. The destination is chain ID 4663, not a brokerage ledger.

Robinhood Wallet support tells users they can send crypto to any address that supports Robinhood Chain, Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, Dogecoin, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism or Base — and to keep the send on the same network the destination expects. See Send, receive, and swap crypto.
Cross-chain, that same send is what Robinhood’s developer docs call bridging. Bridging lists the official routes. The product surface is a send. The rail underneath can be the canonical Arbitrum bridge or a partner route.

Canonical deposits use Arbitrum retryable tickets. If the L2 leg fails (usually underfunded gas), Robinhood docs say the funds are not lost and can be redeemed from the bridge UI within 7 days. Withdrawals back to Ethereum are three steps: initiate on L2, wait the challenge period, claim on L1.

- Add Robinhood Chain (4663) to the wallet, or use Robinhood Wallet.
- Send ETH or a supported ERC-20 from Ethereum toward your own address on 4663. Keep gas in ETH on the destination — Robinhood docs are explicit that gas is ETH.
- Wait for the destination leg. Canonical inbound is about 10 minutes per Robinhood. Intent rails advertise seconds.
- Confirm the token that arrived is the one the destination app expects (native vs OFT vs wrapped).
- Then trade Stock Tokens, memecoins or anything else listed onchain.

FAQ
Is this a send into the Robinhood app?
No. It is a send onto Robinhood Chain. The brokerage app is a separate product. Robinhood says the chain is not connected to brokerage or crypto accounts.
Can I send mainnet ETH to a 4663 address without a bridge rail?
A raw same-address send on the wrong network does not land. Use a listed route (canonical or partner) or an aggregator that selects one.
Which official path is cheapest?
